(Hoi an – Da nang- Hue- Dmz)

Day 01: Arrive in Danang – China Beach

On your arrival in Danang, our guide will welcome and transfer you to China Beach. You are free to relax on beach for recovery for rest of the day. Stay overnight at beach Resort.

 Day 02: Danang – Marble mountain & Monkey mountain (B)

After breakfast, we transfer you to the Marble Mountains and Cham Museum. Time will be. See what is left of the Army Airfield. Some of the major units located in Da Nang: III Marine Amphibious Force, First Marine Division, 3rd Naval Mobile Construction Brigade, Naval Support Activity, Air Force 366th Tactical Fighter Wing. Then continue on to Cham Museum, which shows the most complete collection of rare and valuable items of the famous Cham Culture. After lunch, continue to the Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain), visit the third Linh Ung Pagoda of Danang, with the highest Buddha statue, and admire the huge Buddha Statue which is the highest statue in Vietnam. You will be amazed at its cool climate there. Then leave Son Tra and travel along coastline street to enjoy beautiful beaches up close. Stop over at DHC Marina and visit the beautiful Dragon Carp by Han River of Da Nang. Return your hotel for overnight

 

Day 03: Danang – Hoian Town (B)

After breakfast, we drive you to Hoi An Ancient Town, impresses visitors by a very ancient, nostalgic and peaceful atmosphere, because of that, Hoi An tourism is always deeply loved by travelers!! Together with your local guide in Hoian, walk over the title roofed Japanese Bridge, visit taciturn Chinese Assembly Halls and Trading Houses, pagodas and stroll into the market located by Thu Bon river, you may find out the same feelings of  the artists, who  see  the  rooftops  of  Hoi An  a  magical old world  of Oriental feel and source of inspiration.

Afternoon, our experienced guide will accompany with you to visit China beach area and he may can help with find out the buildings you built there. Return your hotel for overnight

 Day 04: Danang – Hue Citadels (B)

After breakfast, you will have 3 hours on car passing Hai Van pass to Hue. On the way to Hue, stop at Red Beach, the actual site where the Marines first landed in 1965. Drive over the Hai Van Pass and stop to check out the US and French constructed bunkers and the spectacular view

 On arrival, we explore Hue Citadel and flag tower, location of fierce fighting and the longest VC resistance of the Tet Offensive of 1968. This is the Forbidden City – home of the Nguyen Dynasty in Vietnam. Here you will have some free time to explore on your own. Overnight in Hue

Day 05: Hue – Dong Ha & Vinh Moc Tunnels (B/L)

Drive up Highway 1, passing Camp Evans (20th Tank Regiment) and Fire Support base Nancy (258th M.C. Brigade). Continue to battle site of Quang Tri. Next pass the site of the Ai Tu Combat Base and Airfield (3rd ARVN Division HQ). Next reach Dong Ha and enter the quadrilateral area known as Leatherneck Square bounded by Con Thien, Gio Linh, Dong Ha, and Cam Lo; recall Operation Buffalo. Continue along Highway 1 across the Hien Luong Bridge over the Ben Hai River into North Vietnam. Visit Doc Mieu Base in the DMZ, the Vinh Moc Tunnels, and the North Vietnamese National Cemetery. Lastly, visit Con Thien Fire Support Base before an overnight at the Hotel

 Day 06: Dong Ha –Khe Sanh  – Danang (B/L)

After breakfast, we head out to the Khe Sanh Marine Base in Dong Ha. We will visit “a big rock” the Rock pile. Our guide will explain that it is an important and strategic lookout post during the war. We stop for taking pictures. We arrive at the former site of the US base at Khe Sanh. At this small museum, emphasizing how the Americans fled in panic from Khe Sanh, some small artifacts left behind by American and Vietnamese soldiers and some recovered weaponry. There is also the tribal peoples’ contribution to the effort, ferry modern weaponry and supplies to needy troops on the front lines, using ancient technologies like thatch bamboo baskets, and defending themselves with bows and arrows.

we drive you back to your hotel in Danang for overnight.

Day 07: Depart Danang (B)

Say goodbye to Danang before transfer you to airport for flight back to home. We are looking forward to seeing you again soon!!!
